We are finally moved in and starting to feel settled here in Virginia. We have been in our house for about a month and it is starting to seem more and more like "home" to us. Camdyn started kindergarten and has made her new BFF's. We love living in a neighborhood with tons of kids around us. Its great to be able to walk out your door and have playmates waiting for you.


Last weekend, Camdyn and I took the train to New York and met up with my mom and Karisa for a girls' weekend. It was amazing! We had the most fun, relaxing, delightful weekend ever. Who could not enjoy strolls through central park, eating beautiful cupcakes at Madison Square park while listening to a free concert, shopping, bagels, taxis, afternoon tea and scones, ....the list goes on and on! I'm sure all my facebook friends have tired of all the photo posts from the trip.

We have already had visitors! Nanny and Papa came up for the long Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed showing them around our new stomping grounds. We also were lucky to have Aunt Shirley and Uncle Mike in town for a short visit. They were able to come out and see our new house and spend a little time visiting. The kids were once again spoiled by their aunt with new toys and games.
