Camdyn and Mommy had a "Girls' Night In" tonight while Justin went Christmas shopping. We kept busy making this gingerbread Christmas tree. I wish I could lie and say we made it all from scratch, but knowing my culinary talents, who would believe that? Actually, this was a really neat kit we found recently. We did mix up the icing and assemble it all ourselves. If you look closely you will see that not all the green icing made it to the cookies...we helped ourselves to a little taste test!
