Camdyn loves her new pet goldfish, Gil. Or, "Gee-ul" as she says it. At first, we had to stop her from feeding him acorns or dogfood. Now she understands that he only gets pinches of fish food every night. Whenever I ask her if she's ready to feed Gil, she runs up to him and says, "Gee-ul, hungry?!" Here she is showing him the magic of her measuring tape. "Gee-ul, look!" and then showing him her markers. She's whispering the colors to him while she paints his fishbowl.
