We have just returned from our week long vacation to the beach. Justin, Camdyn, and I spent last weekend at Mexico Beach (about an hour east of Panama City) and then we joined my family this week at St George Island (about another hour east). We had such a great time! The ocean waves seemed to wash away so much stress. There were two shark attacks not far from us while we were there, though. With the first one, they said, "She was too far out." The second boy was only waist deep but they said, "He was fishing." I wondered what they would say about me after my shark attack. "She ate osyters for lunch." "Her bathing suit was pink." Anyway, we did see a lot of dolphins, hundreds of sting rays, and no sharks. And Camdyn is a beach baby! She loves to be in the water. We found a great swim vest to keep her head above the waves. Her favorite water game is to push everyone else's heads under water. As much fun as we had, it is good to be home. We were wearing out the same two Wiggles and Elmo DVD's! We also played, "Get you!" Camdyn's name for "Chase" a thousand times. I think Nanna and Papa weren't too sad to see us leave today. They have until Sunday to recover from Camdyn. Now their real vacation begins.
