We are all ready for Christmas! This weekend we decorated our tree and finished wrapping presents. Yes, my pregnant frenzy of preparations has extended to being completely ready for Christmas before the baby arrives. For a flashback comparison, see a similar picture of Camdyn putting the angel on the tree from a December 2005 blog. Last year we said a short family prayer before placing the angel on the tree, but that precipitated Camdyn praying TO the angel for several weeks. In an effort to prevent more heresy in our family (like Nanny's "beings of light") we opted to leave the prayer out of this year's tree trimming.

The tree looks good. I look forward to seeing it (and hopefully Charlie) in a few weeks. I ruined Brian's Christmas by buying an artificial tree this year.
